Survey Preparations:

Approved Sketch Plan (if available)
Existing Survey Plans of adjacent lots

Pre-Survey:

Verify BFAR/DENR records on fishpond classification (brackish/freshwater).
Coordinate with LGU/Barangay for site access and boundary validation.

Field Survey:

Conduct boundary survey using GPS/total station (PRS92 standards).
Map dikes, gates, and water channels (critical for production areas).
Identify natural boundaries (rivers, mangroves) and adjoining lots.
Install concrete monuments (15cm x 50cm) at corners.

Post-Survey:

Resolve overlaps with adjacent fishponds or titled lands.
Submit survey returns to DENR & BFAR for approval.
