Forestry Survey

Delineates boundaries of forestlands, timber areas, and protected zones for DENR compliance, sustainable management, and legal documentation.

Legal & Technical Documents:

DENR Survey Authority (for timberland/protected areas)
Tax Declaration (if private claim within forest zone)
CENRO/PENRO Clearance (boundary conflict resolution)
Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) (if applicable)
Project Proposal (for DENR approval)

Survey Preparations:

Existing Forestry Management Plan (if available)
Topographic Maps (from NAMRIA/DENR)

Pre-Survey:

Verify DENR records on land classification (timberland, protected area).
Coordinate with CENRO/PENRO for boundary validation.

Field Survey:

Conduct boundary survey using GPS/total station (PRS92 standards).
Map natural features (rivers, ridges, wildlife habitats).
Identify and mark permanent corners with concrete monuments.
Conduct tree inventory (if required by DENR).

Post-Survey:

Resolve overlaps with adjacent titled lands or protected zones.
Submit survey returns to DENR-FMB for approval.
